This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use Nakaiy Cam, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

What we collect

Location

With your permission, Nakaiy Cam accesses your device location to display your island or city name on photos you capture. Location data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Camera & Photos

Nakaiy Cam uses your camera to capture photos with the current Nakaiy season overlay. Photos are saved directly to your device's photo library. We do not upload your photos to any server.

How we use your data

• To provide the core functionality of the app — season detection, photo overlay, and location display
• To respond to your requests or questions

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use any analytics or tracking SDKs.

Third-party services

Nakaiy Cam uses the following third-party services:

• Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) — reverse geocoding to convert your GPS coordinates into a place name. Only your coordinates are sent, and only when you open the app. Subject to OpenStreetMap's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google's CDN when you visit our website. User IP addresses may be logged by Google when fonts are loaded. Subject to Google's privacy policy. The app itself does not use Google Fonts.

Data retention

Photos captured with Nakaiy Cam are stored on your device only. We do not retain your photos, location data, or any personal information on any server. You can delete your in-app gallery at any time within the app, or delete the app entirely to remove all locally stored data.

Children's privacy

Nakaiy Cam does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to address it.

Your rights

Since all data is stored on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can:

• Disable camera access — iPhone Settings → Nakaiy Cam → Camera
• Disable location access — iPhone Settings → Nakaiy Cam → Location
• Delete your photo gallery — within the app
• Remove all app data — delete the app from your device

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
